AI Coach

Your goals.
Your data. Your coach.

A meal you’re unsure about. A workout you want to review. A day that went off plan. Your coach can work with what you’ve logged and help you decide what comes next.

  • Plan meals around your targets and food preferences
  • Compare a workout with your previous sessions
  • Talk by voice when you’d rather not type
Ask your coach

“How did today’s workout compare with my last one?”

A few things
to know.

What is a Daily Mile?

A Mile is a task in your daily plan, such as reaching a step target by a set time. Completing one adds to your score. A missed task can reduce it; the coach can offer a make-up task.

What updates automatically?

LastMile can import steps, sleep, workouts, heart rate and weight when those readings are available in Apple Health and you allow access. You log meals, water and supplements in the app.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. You can use LastMile on iPhone. A watch or another compatible device can supply additional readings through Apple Health.

What does the glucose screen show?

A modelled estimate based on logged information. It is not a reading from a glucose sensor.

Does the coach need an internet connection?

Yes. Coaching runs online and uses your goals and logged data to respond.

How is my data used for coaching?

The online coach uses your goals, meals, activity and progress stored in your LastMile account. Apple Health access is controlled separately through the permissions you grant.
